Not even the Japanese are safe from Jack Bauer...

I don't know if any MKZers out there like 24, but I'm pretty much a fan. This past season was the first season I managed to watch from beginning to end (of course having a lot of help from torrents). The above commercials just blows my mind. Not so much that Keifer Sutherland is making a commercial in Japan...(celebs often do that as seen on Japander). But the fact that FOX actually licensed 24 to make the commercial.

  • I was a huge fan of 24 in its first and second seasons. The third season really upset me with its obvious lack of planning (maybe shark-jumping). I watched some of the beginning of the fourth season, and while I found it interesting, I guess I just found that I had better things to do with my time.

    Regardless, these commercials were hilarious.

  • Oh man David...you don't know how much we hyped up 24. The terms we used to describe Jack Bauer. Man when he's on his game he's called "Psycho Jack". When he interogates people or look at them intensely..it's called the "Bauer Glower". We call President Palmer "Triple P", and Mason THE MASON.

    With a new season, we always comment how fast it takes for Jack to revert back to "Psycho Jack".

  • HA HA that's fucking awesome. Remember in Season 2 where he has his most ultimate power? The TELEPORT PUNCH?

    Like he's stalking in the woods like a mile away from Nina..then BAM he just KOs that shit to her face? SRK.com's like WHOA WHAT THE FUCK!? It just solidfied how broken Jack Bauer is.
